My name is Kate Grigg and ever since I was a small child I had a fascination with nature. I would find myself wanting to learn as much as I could about the natural world and the more I read and learnt, the more I wanted to know.

In the last 20 years I have been lucky enough to forge a career in the Horticulture and Conservation industry, opting to be hands on and on the ground rather than stuck behind a desk.

Over the last few years (mainly due to Social Media) I have been approached by many people asking if I would teach them some of what I know and my answer to them is absolutely!
